How to Use the Future Perfect
We use the future perfect to:
1. Say one action will be finished before a point in the future.
By 2020, I will have perfected my English.
2. Say one action will be complete before another action in the future.
By the time I go to England, I will have perfected my English.
‘By’ or ‘by the time’ mean before.
