Example Passive Structures

The Table below shows the most common structures. Notice that the verb which changes is the verb: to be.

Present	Continuous	The internet is being used.
Past		The internet was being used.
Future		The internet will be being used.
Conditional		The internet would be being used.

Present	Perfect Simple	The internet has been used.
Past		The internet had been used.
Future		The internet will have been used.
Conditional		The internet would have been used.

Present	Perfect Continuous	The internet has been being used.
Past		The internet had been being used.
Future		The internet will have been being used.
Conditional		The internet would have been being used.
