The form of the present perfect simple is shown in the tables below.

I/You/We/They

The form of the present perfect simple is the same for: I, You, We and They.

Have not is contracted to haven’t.

Yes/No Question Have you/they/we visited Rome?
Short Answers Yes, I/you/they/we have.  No, I/you/they/we haven’t.
Question word question What have you/they/we visited in Rome?
Positive Sentence I/you/they/we have visited Rome.
Negative Sentence I/you/they/we haven’t visited Rome.

He/She/It

The form of the present perfect simple is the same for: He/She/It.

 Has not is contracted to hasn’t.

Yes/No Question Has he/she/it visited Rome?
Short Answers Yes, he/she/it has.  No, he/she/it hasn’t.
Question word question What has he/she/it visited in Rome?
Positive Sentence He/she/it has visited Rome.
Negative Sentence He/she/it hasn’t visited Rome.
